For UK customers you should receive your order the next working day after dispatch.

For International customers the delivery aim is 3-5 working days - please note this may vary on your countries postal services.

We take great pride in packing each order with care. Our jewellery is presented in purpose-made, FSC-certified recyclable anti-tarnish boxes. Every item — even small silver charms — arrives in its own box, ensuring it’s well protected.

For fragile pieces, we add extra layers of security and often use a box-in-box method to keep them safe throughout their journey.
