We send out items exclusively with Royal Mail to ensure your items are fully insured in the event of any loss or damage. All items will be sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which has a maximum insurance of £250.

US Tariffs

Since the founding of The Old Soul Antique Store, we have had incredible support from our US customers and greatly appreciate every order. Unfortunately, due to the tariffs implemented by US customs, the cost of delivering to the United States has significantly increased.

If you are a US customer, it is important to note that all parcels will be sent using Royal Mail’s Delivery Duty Paid service, meaning that you will not need to pay any additional duties when the parcel arrives.

For full transparency, the cost of the tariffs is included in the shipping price - not the product price. This was a conscious decision made as we wish to keep the product price for all customers as reasonable as possible.

Additional Insurance

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed has a maximum insurance coverage of £250.
As there are items stocked that are above this value, please rest assured that third-party insurance will be taken out so that the full value of your item is covered during transit.
