Beautifully unique buckle bangle with fabulous engraved details.
Buckle jewellery became popular during the Victorian Era, when buckles were associated with loyalty and strength. For some, it also represented two people joining together.
It is in good vintage condition, with some minor signs of wear and age, including small scratches and marks.
The clasp is in good working order, and the safety chain is also still in place.

Internal diameter at the widest point is approx. 61.5mm
The width of the bangle is approx. 9.5mm
When open, the internal circumference is approx. 21.5cm (8 ½ inches)
