This brooch is in good antique condition with minor signs of wear.
The pin and catch are in working order.
There is one very tiny nibble to one of the rubies, only visible under magnification.
Stamped ‘9ct’ with the patent number ‘PAT 7576/07’
This piece does not present any hallmarks, as we have dated this piece as being made before 1950; a hallmark is not required under UK legislation
The brooch tests as 9ct Gold throughout.
